Hey all,

About two months ago, I saw that , one of my long time favorite Deviant Artists was opening up commissions. I then something really impulsive; I put my name on her waiting list. I'm jobless and am doing my best to budget my money while job searching, but I just couldn't let the opportunity to get something commissioned from someone whose work I admire and may not ever do commissions again pass me by.

I waffled between two stories I have been working on (sort of) for years and finally picked my pet fairy tale project about a sheep-headed princess.

I'm very happy with it. It exudes "fairy tale" and Felicity looks so cute when she worries and contemplates things.

I will be working on this story for National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) in November and may post a quick summary here as the event approaches.


p.s. It's really weird to me to see how many page views I've gotten in the last day, especially since I know it has absolutely nothing to do with my own art. All I can say is "weird." Thanks if you're reading this an are here because of the commission. Nice to meet you.
